CentOS – Red5 Media Streaming Server Kurulumu

CentOS 5.x üzerine Red5 Media Streaming Server kurulumu epey uzun süren bir iş oldu bugün benim için. Yaptıklarımı sizinle de paylaşmak istiyorum:

1. Java Kurulumu

yum -y install java-1.6.0-openjdk java-1.6.0-openjdk-devel

2. Ant Kurulumu

cd /usr/local/src
wget http://red5.svnlabs.com/apache-ant-1.8.2-bin.tar.gz
tar zxvf apache-ant-1.8.2-bin.tar.gz
mv apache-ant-1.8.2 /usr/local/ant

3. Ant ve Java için Export Ayarları

export ANT_HOME=/usr/local/ant
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java
export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/ant/bin
export CLASSPATH=.:$JAVA_HOME/lib/classes.zip

Ayrıca bu satırları SSH her açılışta tekrar export gerektirmesin diye /etc/bashrc dosyasının sonuna da ekliyoruz.

4. SVN Kurulumu

yum install subversion *

5. RED5 Server Kurulumu

cd /usr/local/src
svn checkout http://red5.googlecode.com/svn/java/server/trunk/ red5
mv red5 /usr/local/
cd /usr/local/red5
ant prepare
ant dist

* Eğer subversion kurulumu Error: Missing Dependency hatası verirse veya svn komutunu çalıştırdığınızda komut bulunamazsa, terminalde şu satırları çalıştırıp, sisteminizdeki perl’i güncelleyin ve tekrar subversion kurulumu yapmayı deneyin:

wget http://yum.trixbox.org/centos/5/RPMS/perl-URI-1.35-3.noarch.rpm
rpm -i perl-URI-1.35-3.noarch.rpm

** Repositoryleriniz içine RPMForge eklemek güzel bir seçim olabilir. Onun için de;

wget http://packages.sw.be/rpmforge-release/rpmforge-release-0.5.2-2.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm
rpm -i rpmforge-release-0.5.2-2.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm

Bunları yaptıktan sonra /etc/yum.repos.d/rpmforge.repo dosyasını açıp enabled=1 satırını 0 olarak değiştirin.

Bu kurulumda benim gibi ant çalışırken hata alanlar için alternatif bir yol daha var.

terminal penceresinde;

sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-jdk
sudo wget http://red5.org/downloads/red5/1_0/red5-1.0.0-RC2.tar.gz

komutlarını çalıştırıyoruz. Daha sonra bu indirdiğimiz red5 dosyasını;

sudo mkdir /red5/
sudo tar -zxvf red5-1.0.0 /home/

komutu ile /home/red5 dizini altına kuruyoruz.

Son olarak red5′i kurduğumuz dizine girip;

./red5.sh

komutunu çalıştıyoruz ve daha sonra

http://serverip:5080

adresi üzerinden red5 server’ımıza ulaşıyoruz.
